Dissertation Defense: Jeongwon Yang

The oral doctoral examination of Jeongwon Yang, candidate for the Ph.D. degree will be held on Wednesday, December 6, at 9 a.m. in the I-3 Center (Newhouse-3 rooms 432/434).

Yang’s advisor is Professor Hua Jiang. The dissertation examining committee will be composed of Professors Regina M. Luttrell, T. Makana Chock, Dennis Kinsey, and Erika J. Schneider. Professor Leonard S. Newman will serve as chair of the defense. The title of the candidate’s dissertation is: “What makes CSR authentic to people with low cause involvement? An Exploration of Influencers’ Persuasive Power via Dual-Process Models.”
