Transfer students are invited to join members of Barnes Center at The Arch Counseling for a workshop tailored to their unique student experience and to learn more about holistic wellness and Barnes Center offerings. Highlights include the following.
- Space to connect with peers.
- Overview of Barnes Center at The Arch health and wellness teams, services, programs and more.
- Coping strategies for stress and exploration of the Barnes Center at The Arch Wellness Wheel.
- Overview of Headspace.
- A mindfulness meditation – with chocolate!
