Joan Bryant (Syracuse University)
Join the Department of African American Studies for a screening and discussion of The Price of Memory (2014), directed by Karen Marks Mafundikwa, which contrasts the £20 million Britain paid to compensate Caribbean slaveholders with demands for redress from descendants of Jamaican slaves.
