We are seeking to connect with and organize Latinx and Hispanic undergraduate and graduate student journalists at Syracuse University who are interested in forming a local student chapter of the National Association of Hispanic Journalists.
We are revitalizing the NAHJ local chapter out of an effort to build community among Hispanic/Latinx student journalists at Syracuse University. We believe in the power of mentorship and solidarity among young, early-career Hispanic/Latinx student journalists.
If you are seeking mentorship, networking opportunities among Hispanic/Latinx folks, professional and academic opportunities for recognition or just a room full of students who can relate, this is a space for you!
