The oral doctoral examination of Hediyeh Zamani, candidate for the Ph.D. degree will be held on Wednesday, January 11, at 10 a.m. in Zoom
Zamani’s advisor is Professor Mathew M. Maye. The dissertation examining committee will be composed of Professors Weiwei Zheng, Atanu Acharya, Karin Ruhlandt and Yan-Yeung Luk. Professor Viktor J. Cybulskis will serve as chair of the defense. The title of the candidate’s dissertation is: “CsPbX3 Nanoparticle Synthesis Via Nonpolar Solvent Choice and Microwave Heating, Growth Mechanism and CsPb(Br/I)3 Stabilization by Halide Exchange.”
