The oral doctoral examination of Andrew Beiter, candidate for the Ph.D. degree will be held on Friday, January 27, at 3 p.m. in the Physics Building, Room 202.
Beiter’s advisor is Professor Tomasz Skwarnicki. The dissertation examining committee will be composed of Professors Matthew S. Rudolph and Rafael Silva Coutinho. Professor Dan Coman will serve as chair of the defense. The title of the candidate’s dissertation is: “Amplitude analysis of B0 decays to J/psi pi- K+ and psi(2S) pi- K+.”
