Awareness Yoga and Meditation is a weekly workshop that will take you back to the basics of yoga as a spiritual practice, connecting mind and body. Through slowing down and focusing on the breath, this practice will help guide your body through postures mindfully. In turn, you will develop the body/mind awareness to navigate your everyday life as well as difficult circumstances. We will begin with a short meditation, move through classic yoga postures and end with a guided meditation.

Dimension of Wellness: Spiritual

Attend a workshop within each Dimension of Wellness to earn a graduation medallion and certificate!
