Join the Barnes Center Peer Health Educators for various creative sessions that incorporate mindfulness and contemplative practice.  

Session Theme: Mindful Reflections: Create Your Own Gratitude Journal

For this session, we will be talking about how to incorporate mindfulness through the practice of gratitude as a way to acknowledge the positive things in your life. Participants will be able to decorate and take home their own gratitude journal!
