A forum of public education stitching together the time and talents of resources and community organizations. The New York Civil Liberties Union title of their event is “Strengthening Police Accountability: Building Trust and Ensuring Justice” “The Risk of Being OUTSIDE.”
This panel discussion aims to explore the challenges and opportunities surrounding police accountability in our communities. It will bring together experts, community leaders, law enforcement representatives, and activists to engage in a constructive dialogue on strategies to enhance transparency, address misconduct, and promote effective oversight mechanisms.
