This session will look at how to develop your budget using the new OSP budget template. We’ll discuss applicability of SU’s negotiated fringe benefit rates and F&A rates (indirect costs); and lastly, we’ll discuss what it means for a cost to be reasonable, allowable, allocable and consistently treated.
