Unity in Healing: Exploring Yoga for Post-Traumatic Resiliency

Join certified, trauma-informed yoga practitioner Kirin Taylor and the Barnes Center at The Arch’s Susanne Rios, LMFT, for a survivor-friendly yoga session. Learn and practice how yoga can be used during post-traumatic healing. Yoga means unity of the body, mind and soul, and unity of oneself with others and the world around them. Join us for breathing techniques and physical postures that will calm the nervous system and help us feel that unity. Everybody is welcome to this beginner- and survivor-friendly yoga session!
