Gil Rocha is a contemporary artist born in Laredo, Texas. He curated “The Border is a Weapon” exhibition, previously on display at Point of Contact. His work has appeared in the fifth Transborder Biennial exhibition, a collaboration between the El Paso Museum of Art and El Museo de Arte en Ciudad Juárez.
