Syracuse University Concert Choir at Buffalo

The Syracuse University Concert Choir will present an afternoon of choral music at the University Presbyterian Church in Buffalo, New York, on April 13 at 2 p.m. The mixed choir, made up of 45 singers from various majors across the university, regularly performs diverse styles of music, from folk music to the works of classical and contemporary composers.

Under the direction of Wendy Moy, the Syracuse University Concert Choir will showcase a rich selection of works by esteemed composers, including Daniel Afonso, Joshua Jacobson, Shawn Kirchner, Susan LaBarr, Robert Ray, Salamone Rossi, Kate Rusby, and Antonio Vivaldi. The Concert Choir will also sing a piece in honor of American composer, arranger, conductor, and teacher Alice Parker.

The concert is hosted by Allan Andrews, minister of music. It is free and open to the public.
