Join the Barnes Center at The Arch Peer Educators for various creative sessions that incorporate mindfulness and contemplative practice.
Session Theme: Self-Love Mirror Messages
Treat yourself as you’d treat a friend! Join Mindfulness and Meditation to talk about the power of fostering self-compassion on our well-being. Participants will also be demonstrating self-compassion by decorating their own self-love mirror messages to take home.
We will start promptly at 5 p.m. unless otherwise listed, and the workshop will run until approximately 6-6:30 p.m., depending on the program. All participants will be expected to register through the Wellness Portal.
