More About Gay:

Gay earned her B.S degree in Chemical Engineering from Syracuse University. Gay’s first role after graduation was at Bush Boake Allen, Inc. as a Food Technologist in a global Flavor and Fragrance company, specializing in flavor applications for 5 years in Confectionary products. She moved to Kraft Foods and worked in Research and Development as a Product Developer across various categories and businesses from Powdered Beverages (Kool Aid, Tang, Crystal Light) to Desserts (Jell-O Pudding/Gelatin). When Kraft acquired Nabisco, Gay transferred to their Life Savers/Confectionary division. Over the past 20 years Gay has held many roles at Mondelez International ranging from Corporate Quality to leading R&D for Tate’s, Biscuit Innovation/Productivity teams, and Chief of Staff.
