Dissertation Defense: Chun Chu

The oral doctoral examination of Chun Chu, candidate for the Ph.D. degree, will be held on Tuesday, June 4, at 10 a.m. in the Center for Science and Technology, room 1-132, the Chemistry Conference Room.

Chu’s advisor is Professor Weiwei Zheng. The dissertation examining committee will be composed of Professors Mathew M. Maye, John M. Franck, Xiaoran Hu, and Yan-Yeung Luk. Professor Quinn Qiao will serve as chair of the defense. The title of the candidate’s dissertation is: “Directional dopant migration by “atomic trapping” in core/multi-shell quantum dots.”
