comparative studies with common threads to help reform and improve property tax
administration and design in the U.S. and other countries facing similar
problems.
During this webinar, Kyle Kopplin (Black Hills State University)
will present “County Property Tax Capitalization in U.S. Cities.” Discussion will follow with John Yinger (Syracuse University).
