The oral doctoral examination of Rose Tina Catania, candidate for the Ph.D. degree, will be held on Friday, May 3, at 3:00 p.m. via Zoom.
Catania’s advisor is Professor Natalie Koch. The dissertation examining committee will be composed of Professors Tod Rutherford, Jamie Winders, Chandra Mohanty, and Azra Hromadžić. Professor Carol Fadda will serve as chair of the defense. The title of the candidate’s dissertation is: “Writing the Self with Immigrant Girls in Rhode Island.”
