SU’s Engaged Humanities Network hosts its first annual Community Showcase event on Friday, May 3, from 1:00 – 6:00 p.m. (come and go) at Salt City Market, 484 S. Salina St. The event will celebrate the community-engaged research, creative work, teaching and programming of dozens of project teams through performances, screenings, activities and table presentations. This interconnected work involves over two dozen units across Syracuse University and 20 collaborating community-based organizations. We’ll have food and giveaways, and all ages are welcome.
