When was the last time you obsessed over what’s right with you?

Studies show that those who understand, embrace, and regularly utilize their strengths have more energy, are less stressed, perform better and are ultimately happier.

In this session we will explore the VIA Survey of Character Strengths, a social science based self-assessment that helps individuals understand their unique character profiles.

Participants are encouraged to take the free VIA survey before attending at this link and will be emailed a copy of their results prior to the session.

Resilience is our ability to bounce back from adversity and grow from challenges.  As humans, we are a resilient species.  But there are ways that we can enhance our resilience and learn to better tackle challenges, and even thrive amidst extreme difficulties.

Join us for a three-session workshop series, where we will focus on building 3 key components of resilience: utilizing our strengths, prioritizing connection & building optimistic and flexible thinking skills.
