Join us for an exploration of the solidarity between the neurodiversity and disability pride movements during our Neurocurious Event, a celebration in honor of Disability Pride Week, hosted by the Neurodiversity Community at SU. In this thought-provoking gathering, individuals who identify as neurodivergent (or are curious about neurodivergence) will engage in open conversations surrounding the definitions, overlaps, and distinctions between the identities of disability and neurodivergence. We will come together to unpack the ableism that sometimes comes up in this discussion and foster an inclusive space that promotes understanding, acceptance, and celebration of both neurodiversity and disability.
