The oral doctoral examination of Zeyuan Xiong, candidate for the Ph.D. degree, will be held on Thursday, April 4, at 9 a.m. in Eggers Hall, room 112.
Xiong’s advisor is Professor Kristy Buzard. The dissertation examining committee will be composed of Professors Devashish Mitra, Ryan Monarch, and Shafaat Yar Khan. Professor Rachael Dailey Goodwin will serve as chair of the defense. The title of the candidate’s dissertation is: “Essays on the Political Economy of Trade Liberalization and Domestic Reforms.”
