Dissertation Defense: Goksu Can Toga

The oral doctoral examination of Goksu Can Toga, candidate for the Ph.D. degree, will be held on Friday, April 5, at 12:30 p.m. in the Physics Building, room 208.
Toga’s advisor is Professor Simon Catterall. The dissertation examining committee will be composed of Professors Jay Hubisz, and John “Jack” Laiho. Professor William Wylie will serve as chair of the defense. The title of the candidate’s dissertation is: “Investigating Holography using Classical and Quantum Simulations.”
