Dissertation Defense: Leanne Kelley

The oral doctoral examination of Leanne Kelley, candidate for the Ph.D. degree,  will be held on Monday, May 13, at 1 p.m. in the Life Sciences Complex, room 106.

Kelley’s advisor is Professor Eleanor Maine. The dissertation examining committee will be composed of Professors Sarah Hall, Melissa Pepling, David Pruyne, and Yasir Ahmed-Braimah. Professor Mary Beth Monroe will serve as chair of the defense. The title of the candidate’s dissertation is: “Poly(U) polymerases have complex roles in modulating the small RNAome and transcriptome of  C. elegans.”
